Spotify is now working on Windows 10

My pc is windows 10 (build number 16299.15) it's not working. and get freeze the striming. even spotify web player. but my Mac spotify is working very well. no freeze but only windows 10 have freeze in the striming even i disable the hardware accelation. And my internet speed is almost 10mb/s. but the spotify app is download a long time almost 1hour. How can i fix it?!

If i enable the High qulity audio it get freeze What's happen?
