Windows 10 Freezing after starting Spotify.

Hello,

It's been a while since I've experienced  this problem.

I've already seen that many people has this same problem.So, let's explain what's happening.

My laptop has Windows 10. And it completely freezes after starting Spotify 

I tried everything. Clean reinstall, Disable acceleration hardware, Compatibility, etc. But, the Windows just freezes, and I'm forced to do a hard reboot. There's nothing that I can do about that. Please, I need your help
