Spotify is offline but I'm in online mode

This has been like this since yesterday. I have full internet connection, but it says I'm offline and I can't listen to songs. I'm in online mode, too. I can even listen to songs on my phone but not on my computer. I really need this to work. I've connected to different wifis and it still doesn't work. Please help. 😞

I've searched the internet far and wide, I've asked many friends, I've tried everything in the settings, I've logged in and out, I've turned my computer on and off, none of those has worked. Keep in mind I'm connected to wifi.

I've checked and it works on the web player version, just not the downloaded version.

I've completely reinstalled it and now it won't let me log in, it's just stuck at the log in screen once I enter my email and password and it's greyed out.
