Spotify keeps adding random playlists and songs to my library

My Question or Issue

Hi

I am a paying Premium customer.

I am getting frustrated with spotify as it appears to be adding random playlists and singles to my library. On top of this, one of my playlists was deleted (not by me!). 

I have attached a screenshot of the latest example which has appeared overnight (after i deleted several playlists yesterday!). The playlist that i did NOT add is called 'Pox'.

Any ideas?

Hey there,

Can you try resetting your password / changing your password?

Maybe someone else is accessing your account - it kind of seems like it in any case.
