Spotify keeps automatically switching music to some playlist I've never listened to

Hello,

From today I have a strange problem with Spotify on all devices (Desktop app, Web app, Mobile app). If I play music from my playlist, Spotify switches it after a few seconds to some playlist that I've never listened to. It's regardless if I use desktop, web or mobile application. When I pause the music, it resumes after a few seconds. Nobody besides me uses my account. I've logged out from all devices. I've changed password. I've removed all songs from Play queue. I've uninstalled and installed again desktop application. Nothing helped me. At the moment my spotify is useless. I have no control over it. What can I do? Please help 😞

Can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?

It can also be good to double-check so that your app is up to date. 

Also - can you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

In this case we suggest that you have a look at this article under 1. Reset your password and 2. Sign out everywhere, to make sure there's no unauthorized activity on your account.
