Spotify local files album art duplicating

My Question or Issue:

So I was using tagscanner to put album art on my local files, and when I loaded the files into spotify there was a problem: files with the same artist had a same album art. For example, I have 5 songs from the same artist, with different cover art. But when I open spotify, all 5 songs display the same album art (which was only supposed to be on one song). Is there anyway to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

There is no official guide on how to upload personal local files music to the app, but we'd recommend trying to reformat the files with a different software.

You can also try delete those files, connect to another network and reupload them to the app, as some routers block certain protocols which are essential to the correct uploading of the files.
