Spotify-made playlist unable to load or be removed

Spotify-made playlist unable to load or be removed

Greetings. A while ago I followed a Spotify-made playlist called 'A Mellow Indie Odyssey'. A remember being unable to access it before today (and didn't think much of it at the time), but I realise now that something is wrong. The playlist cannot load no matter what, and I can't remove it by right-clicking on it in the Windows 10 app and unfollowing. If I use the web app it doesn't even list the name of the playlist - just 'Spotify' without an image. And of course, no way to load or unfollow.

What the heck? How can I get rid of the playlist?

Spotify support on Twitter resolved this issue for me. The problem was that the playlist became unavailable in South Africa for some reason and I was genuinely locked out of getting it off my playlist list. Anyway, they removed it for me.

Hey @BrynZA

It seems that the playlist was deleted and there was a glitch resulting in this.

I'd suggest going to the desktop player, choosing the playlist and hitting the Del key on the keyboard. You can also try logging out and back in, and trying the Del key on that again.

Let me know how it goes 🙂
