Spotify no longer responds to anything I do.

My spotify was having issues where every 5 minutes it would go into offline mode and would not exit offline mode without me restarting it. I did a clean install and now it is completely broken and will not play or do anything. My username is a bunch of random ass numbers and letters, none of my playlists fill with any songs and instead show as "This playlist can not be found" or similar. If I play songs on my browser or phone--which both work fine--on the same network the desktop app does not even show that another device is playing. I've tried restarting my computer, a fresh install, deleting my host file in system32, checking network settings.

We appreciate you sending us all the steps that you've already tried to solve this.

Here are a few other things that might help:

• Disable any antivirus or ad-blocking software that might be affecting the app, and turn off VPN if in use.
• Try to disable hardware acceleration in the app. Go to Settings > Compatibility > toggle off "Enable hardware acceleration" option then restart Spotify.
• Try to reproduce this with a different account. If a family member has a Spotify account, ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.

In case the issue persists, it'd be great if you could let us know your Spotify version. Any screenshots you can provide will also be helpful as we can take a better look at this behavior.
