Spotify not working on PC, can't play anything

I re downloaded spotify cause it stopped working, and now when I log in it doesn't show me my username but instead shows a bunch of random numbers. Also the app will not longer let me view any of my playlists and now has no functionality

From the described behaviour I can assume that you've logged in to a newly created account.
That would explain the new username, the missing playlists and the lack of functionality.

Please make sure you're logging in using the correct credentials and all should be well 🙂
