Spotify not playing any song, Says can't play it right now.

Anytime this week that I have tried to play a song on my desktop it says Spotify can't play this right now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared my cache on the app and my computer and it still will not play anything.

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device (using your own account) to see if it makes any difference? If you don't have another one available, you can borrow one from a friend or family member to test it out. 

Also, would you mind checking if it happens when using the Web Player as well?
