Spotify on Windows is skipping every song

Hi! Spotify on iOS and FireHD ist working well with my family plan. But on Windows it doesnt play anything. It is skipping every song. Even when I download an ablum it is skipping the songs. Offline-Mode: same. Reinstalled, used Spotify App / Program, nothing works.

Soundcard is a Logitech G6. It is the standard audio device. Everything is uptodate.

In case reinstalling the Spotify app on your PC didn't do the trick you might need to check your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how you can do that. 

Another thing we can suggest is logging in to a different Spotify account on your PC just to get a clue if this might be account-related. If it works with another account, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer next.
