Spotify on more than one Windows profile

Our family have four WIndows profiles on the same computer and one premium membership. I don't want to upgrade to Premium for Family, but use the same Spotify profile on all the windows profiles (on the same computer). But as I can see it now, that mean that I need to install Spotify four times? As I can see it now, Spotify doesn't show up in any of the other profiles, only in the one that was originally used. 

Eventually I can use the Spotify Free for the other Windows accounts, but does that mean that I still have to install it all over for the other profiles?
