My Question or Issue

My spotify on my lapto is completely broken

I can view my playlists but they all come up with a message saying the playlist is empty. i cannot play any song through my laptop. i can control my spotify on my phone with it perfectly fine. i cant play any songs at all. occaionally they  appear in the bottom left as selected but get stuck on 00;00. it doesnt work on the desktop app or the web player. when i try to play a song. the song goes green(the song thats supposed to be playing) and then i get nothing. i pay for preimium and havnt been able to listen on my laptop even though theres been 2 updates since the issue started.
