Spotify opens on login despite settings

Spotify launches every time I log in to my Windows desktop despite the fact that "Open Spotify automatically after you log into the computer" is set to "No", and it is disabled in the "Startup" tab of Task Manager. Is this a bug?

Hey @darth_mall,

When you shut your computer down you have to close Spotify.

When you don't do so, Windows will remember that and opens it when you turn your computer back on. This isn't a feature of Spotify. This is something Microsoft added to Windows some months ago.
