Spotify stops plaing with an ad

My Question or Issue

Since this morning when I start playing music, it stops on an ad (Dacia) that it can play. If I try to start another music it says it will play after the ad has been played.

If I restart the app I can listen to music again but it blocks once more on this ad (I'm not completely sure but it seems to me it's the same ad).

That sounds odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app to see if that fixes this issue? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Thank you for your post.

I've reinstalled Spotify and restarted it.

After a few songs came the ad time.

Once again the player wants to play an ad for Dacia and cannot start to play it.

If I try to play another song, a message informs me it will start after the ad has ended...

So the problem is still the same.

I never ad this before. I wonder if the problem isn't in the ad itself...

Another idea ?

I'm not sure if this is caused by this specific ad.

Is this the only ad that acts badly? And could check if this happens on other devices of you as well?

Today the player acts correctly. Ads are played but they aren't the ad I mentionned.

So we cannot be sure if everything is good and will be.

Thank you for your help and let's hope it won't happen again.

Let's hope, that the broken ad won't reappear.

Maybe it was just a temporary issue and got fixed. ^^
