Spotify switching to Web Player?

My Question or Issue

 I will be listening to Spotify and it'll randomly switch over to Web Player like someone is logged in on my account. I looked this issue up and changed my Facebook password (that's how I log in to my account) and signed out Spotify in all locations. I noticed it usually only happens during ads, but I have had it happen a few times during songs. Started a few days ago randomly. Any help would be appreciated.

First, are there any other symptomps which might suggest that your account has been taken over by an unauthorised user? These may include one of the following:

• Your password is no longer working
• The email address associated with your account has changed
• Playlists have disappeared or been added
• Subscription changes

Even if there aren't any signs, we recommend that you follow all the steps listed under the heading What do I do if my account has been taken over?, just to make sure.

If, after you've had your account secured after reaching out to Customer Support and you've waited a few days, the issue presents itself again, then do get back in touch with us here and we'll see what we can do.
