Spotify web keep skipping songs and play only first 10 seconds then stops

I'm having an annoying issue with Spotyfy web,

as title, Spotify web keeps skipping first five songs when press play. Furthermore, it plays only first 10 seconds of a song and then stops.

It's really annoying. I'm using is at work and I'm not allowed to install anything my office machine (so I need to use web version on firefox).

Already tried to delete cache and cookies. As I can see, it's a really common problem. It's frustrating you didn't solve this issue yet and paying for a service that doesn't work.

Sorry to hear that you're having this issue.

When it comes to work PCs, there can always be issues with Spotify, since a lot of companies have firewalls and system management software blocking certain networking ports required for the proper functionality of the service.

What you can try in this case is another browser if possible. Also Linux is not an officially supported OS, so this may be causing issues too.
