My Question or Issue

Hi,

I can't play any song on spotify Web which is in playlist. When i enter songs album it's all fine. This is extremely frustrating as i can't have Spotify app (my laptop is old and drivers in W10 are not working properly showing I have no internet access even though I have it).

Help’s here!

 

Make sure you check if you observe the same when using the web payer in a private/incognito window. This makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.

 

In case this persists, check out this Ongoing Issue thread where other users reported similar issues with the web player. You can add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps under Status Update as well. 

 

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.

Thanks! I tried incognito tab and it 'unlocked' it for whole Opera browser... Or maybe it was just a coincidence. Nonetheless, worked 😄
