Spotify windows Player

Spotify for windows couldn't connect to the internet. it says "no internet connection" while my laptop perfectly connected to the internet.

Please fix this problem immediately. 

IMac verosn is working perfectly but not windows version.

Sorry to hear this. Have you tried logging out and back in? Have you also tried doing a clean install of the application? Thank you for answering these questions.
