When I click to open spotify, my cursor changes into the loading cursor, and that's it. The same thing happens when I try to uninstall spotify. I've tried practically everything from posts similar to mine, but nothing has worked so far. Please help! I'm using windows 10.

I've got the same problem, no error message. Just click on the icon and nothing happendes.
Likewise, I'm having the exact same issue. Running as Admin and changing compatibility mode doesn't change behavior, still won't fully launch.
I'm on Win 10.
Same thing here. When I open Task Manager, it shows a Spotify task for each time I've tried to open it or uninstall it (I have to scroll down to "background processes"). I tried compatability mode, running as admin, and reinstalling but none have worked. This issue started in the last 24 hours beacuse it was working ~26 hours ago.
