Spotify won't start minimized

Hello,

My Spotify won't start minimized at all on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit latest edition. I have reinstalled it multiple times, I installed the Windows Store app, and nothing works. It still pops up every time I reboot my computer and it won't start minimized. Everything is checked correctly in settings as well.
