Spotify won't start or uninstall

My spotify won't start and when I try to uninstall it, it won't. I tried to uninstall it through the control panel, using Advanced SystemCare Uninstaller and CCleaner and nothing worked. I tried to uninstall it in Safe Mode using all of the options above, and nothing worked. I tried cleaning Spotify's cache and it didn't work. Are there any more solutions I could try please?

Hello!

I seem to have found a solution! At least it worked for me. 

First go to C:\Program Files and delete the Spotify folder. 

Then go to C:\Users\"user name"\AppData\Roaming and delete the Spotify folder.

Then go to control panel and delete Spotify from the programs list.
