My Question or Issue

Why Device, Operating System is required for this board desktop_windows?

On startup there is a pop-up "The Spotify application is not responding"  when spotify is in startup

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Another useful tips is that you try with another internet connection to see if that helps.
