The friend feed failed to load

I have disconnectd and reconnected to my internet multiple times; however, the friend feed states: "Hmm, the Friend Feed failed to load" 

It has been doing this for over a week and I want it fixed so I can see what my friends are listening to.

I also attatched a photo of what it looks like.

Help would be appreciated.

Didn't work for me. The feed won't load anymore. This is ridiculous that Spotify won't fix this.

Hi,

I can't seem to find the AppData\Local\Spotify and AppData\Roming\Spotify folders on my Mac, I tried typing these in the file path (Command Shift G) as well and nothing comes up. Is there any other way I can locate these to be able to edit abba.json?

I've found a fix my deleting my hosts file. I had a modified version to block ads on the

web and it must've caused issues.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 

(If you've never touched your hosts file then this fix probably won't work)

I had modified my hosts file for the same reason, did the ads come back after deleting the file?

This is what worked for me! Removing that line in my hosts file is what fixed everything. Thanks!
