I've tried everything, all the solutions everyone has listed. Downloading the older version of Spotify which was a common fix for most people did not fix my issue. It's only working on my iPhone, but not on my PC laptop at work. I play Spotify all day long while I work, this is a huge problem for me! I pay too much each month to be having these issues with no response or a way to contact Spotify directly. Please help!

This message appears when you try to play every song? Or a specific one?

Every single song! I can't play a single thing from my Spotify on my computer. I also tried on the web player. Nothing is working, that message appears every single time.

Are you by any chance using a VPN? I travel a lot and often do so because of security reasons at hotels, etc. I have noticed the problem you describe while on the VPN. Changing server usually solves it.
