My Question or Issue:

I'm trying to transfer some local files from my PC to my iPhone, I have a playlist, I have the download button ticked on each playlist both on my computer and my phone and still nothing is working, I've tried to find solutions else where and troubbleshoot some issues but haven't found anything. All suggustions are appreciated.


Edit: to further clarify the songs appear in the playlist on my phone but are greyed out to indicate that they cannot be played.

That's odd

Please check the following:

  • You're logged in to the same account on both your desktop and your mobile or tablet.
  • Your devices are connected to the same WiFi network.
  • You have the latest version of the Spotify app installed (on both devices).
  • Your device's firmware is up-to-date.
