Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. sorry for the late reply here.
If you still have this issue, we'd recommend restarting your computer in safe mode with networking enabled (usually accessible by pressing F8 during boot-up) and try deleting all files containing Spotify with the steps here.
And then we suggest making sure that you download Spotify from the Windows Apps store.
