Trouble downloading Spotify to my Vaio.

Trouble downloading Spotify to my Vaio.

I have re-downloaded Spotify to my desktop however, when I go to open to Application I am greeted by a pop up saying Spotify is already running but not responding. How am I able to get around this problem?

Hey @danielhtmurphy,

 

Right click on the Windows toolbar and select Tast Manager. Find the Spotify.exe process, right click on it, and select "End Task". Close the Task Manager and reopen Spotify, and it should work!

Hi there, 

 

I tried to go through the steps that you said too and unfortunatley it is still not working. I have tried to delete the application again but no luck.
