My Question or Issue

So here is my issue , it's kind of minor but really problematic and boring with time,

I can play only some playlist : mine and some on the menu that I alrady play or added in the past to my like.

BUT whenever I tried to read a song/playlist  I've searched on the searching bar , none of it will play. The bar will go like in the picture. I've to add it to my like to play it ?! I like to have a clean song liked , because this mainly where I listen my music. But having to add everysong I had like to hear , wth.

 

I tried reintalling, disconnect/reconnect, erasing storage things, look for any virus that could occure that , but nothing worked. I've look in my settings also but nope

It sounds like you've tried a couple of things already, but let's make sure you're following the right course of actions in order to get best results.

 

We'd like you to perform clean reinstall of the App as it is more thorough than a regular reinstall and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing issues. We recommend following the steps here when troubleshooting.

 

The above mentioned tend to solve issues with the app's performance on Windows 10(and above). If this doesn't do it for you, please include some screenshots (we didn't see the one you've mentioned) or a short video recording of your experience, so we can get a better understanding of what's happening.


Do keep us posted. We'll be on the lookout in case you need a hand.
