My Question or Issue

Experiencing several ongoing issues with the website:

1. It is constantly attempting to rescale the screen resolution, blacking out the screen and interrupting all my work.

2. It is constantly attempting to connect to another device (unprompted), which inexplicably causes it to skip to the next video, which then begins playing on this imaginary device that it connected to -- unprompted -- which not only interrupts my work, but also my listening experience.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, is this only happening on the web player or on the desktop app as well? Also, we'd like to know if this happens on a specific browser or on all of them. 

 

On another note, would you mind trying if the same happens in an incognito window? Additionally, could you try if the same happens using a different internet connection?
