Unable to remove a playlist from the "Recently Played" section of Home

My Question or Issue

I am unable to remove a playlist that someone suggested me to play during a stream, it has been stuck on the "Recently played" section for a month now, and there is no way to remove it by right-clicking, or selecting it.

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on your PC. 

Check out this help page in order to find the steps for clean reinstall on the affected device. Once you're done, check again if you can remove the playlist.
