Unwanted music keeps being added to my queue

I see many complaints from users about random music being added to their queues but no real answers from Spotify. I cannot play more than one or two tracks, for example on a saved playlist, without random, usually Spanish language, tracks being added and then the whole queue being highjacked by similar music, none of which have I ever shown any interest in. I have "play similar music" turned off in settings and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now.  I have wasted a lot of time on this. I am a premium member using a Windows laptop to play through a Sonos system but if this problem isn't solved soon I will no longer be a premium member.

It might be that your account is used by someone else. That would explain why your queue is overtaken like this.

I recommend you read and follow the steps described in this article. It will help you get rid of this bad user on your account!
