My Question or Issue

 I am using Spotify on Win10 Laptop. Spotify shows offline when i am online. I tried re-installng, restarting, and checking the offline/online option. None of that works.

Hey @rajun69,

Can you try using a different network, or switch between Wifi and mobile data?  

If that doesn't help, get back to us with a screenshot and the Spotify version and we'll have a closer look.
