My Question or Issue

 

Using two different browsers, the search function on Web Player is not showing any results when I search popular terms of bands or songs that are inputted correctly. 

 

I have logged in and out and used different accounts.

 

it only doesn't work on Web player. search on my mobile app is fine.

working again now for me. happens intermittently. i was using it yesterday and the search crapped out on me then too.

Not working for me, too. Also on native Windows app.

 

Mobile works fine.

We understand you've experienced intermittent issues using the search function on our web player. As we were not able to replicate the situation, could you both confirm if this situation is still occurring for anyone of you now?

 

We believe the issue isn't present for @plath anymore, but it' would be useful to share with the Community what helped you resolve the situation in your case 🙂


@tobias-174, please make sure your internet connection is stable (you could also reset your router if in doubt) and also it could be well worthwhile to reset the cache and cookies stored in your preferred browser, to see if this will shake things up for the web player's functionalities.

it's not working again, right now

 

search wasn't working for like 10 mins... fixed now.

Hi @plath!

 

Could you try opening the Web Player on another device (your phone would do) to see if you'd get the same behavior there? If possible, try connecting to a different WiFi network or switch to mobile data to see if there's a difference.
