Web player crashes PC and the app says "Spotify can't play this right now"

I'm a Windows 11 PC user and this has been going on since I got my new PC :

Whenever I attempt to use the standard app, the "Spotify can't play this right now" notification pops up everytime, and I'm unable to do much about it.

I try to use the web player instead and another issue pops up.

The web player works decently well, but about halfway into my first song or about two songs in my PC just crashes and my screen turns dark green entirely and I  have to shut down my PC to fix it.

Spotify is the only way I really listen to music since playing it off Youtube doesn't have the sound quality I need, so some help would be great. Thanks!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. These steps are more thorough than the simple reinstall and can solve common issues.
