Hi @felipe1323,
Welcome to the Spotify Community!
Based on the video you've provided it looks like the song you're trying to add is a local file and you have Smart Shuffle toggled on for that playlist. As long as the feature is activated, all local files in the playlist will be hidden, so try disabling it from the shuffle icon next to the big green Play button at the top and it should show up.
Hope this info was useful. The Community's always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.
Cheers!

Thank you. One question tho, is there no way to have Smart Shuffle and listen to local files at the same time?
Hey @felipe1323,
Thanks for the question!
While it's not possible to use Smart Shuffle when playing local files, Spotify constantly strives to improve the user experience and its features. You may find this idea about being able to use Smart Shuffle with local files interesting, so feel free to check it out if you haven't already. You can give it a thumbs up, if you'd like. As a heads-up, it's good to know that the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented.
If anything else appears, we're just a post away.
Take care!
