Does this happen when you restart your device? If so, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly so I can take a look? Also let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version on that device.

It happens sometimes, not only when I restart my device.

I tried to share a screenshot but it didn´t show me the message today.

I use Spotify on a Lenovo V110.

Windows 10 installed.
