Whenever I try to uninstall Spotify it says that the file is missing from the directory

My Question or Issue

 I've tried multiple times to unistall Spotify manually and through the control panel but my PC just says that no files linked to it exist in the system and when I find the file manually, I try to delete but it says that it's missing from its directory. Just wanted to reinstall but seems I'm stuck in a loophole.
