Why am I getting selections in a language that is not of my choice, on the Spotify add home?

So it could be an error with spotify or you choose a different language then wanted when using spotify.

To change the language what you want to do is follow these steps.

Make sure to do this on the spotify website and follow the 3rd step to log out and back in so the change works!
