Why can't I download the "Songs"-playlist in my library?

You all know about the function where you "+"-mark a song, and it saves in the "Songs"-playlist in your library. On my previous laptop, I could download this playlist for offline use, but it isn't possible on this one. I'm able to download every other playlist in the world, but not this one. The download button just isn't there to let me download it. Check the attachments.
