Why is there no shuffle on desktop?

My Question or Issue

I just started using spotify premium and im a little bit confused at the fact that there isn't a shuffle button for my playlists, on desktop. Spotify has been out for many years and im sure this has been brought up multiple times, yet still no shuffle button?

Hi, when I use desktop app, the shuffle button appears on the left from play/pause button.
