Why spotify history on pc and on android is not the same?

My Question or Issue

 I don't know if someone has already asked this, but the way spotify works on pc is not the same as on phone:
* The playlists that I create in PC as private, in my phone are saved as public. Sometimes I've had the problem of turning them into Private (phone) and they appear as "public" on pc, lol
* What I hear on PC, is not reflected in my phone and vice versa. They have two different histories.
* On pc, spotify doesn't show what other people hear from the phone. I've seen that and friends have told me they can't see what I hear.
* Even, if spotify from my pc detects my phone and I decide to listen now from my phone, it doesn't save the history. When I turn off spotify and reopen the app, the last song I heard will not appear.
