Windows 10 - Left corner song banner cannot disable again?

The problem showed in the pic had been an issue years ago, and it was solved seemingly (I guess). However this banner starts to show up again and cannot turn it off; on top of that, I don't see any options to disable it.

It's really annoying and awkward when I have to wait for like a century until it's gone.

Can someone show me the solution??

Hi,

That can be done in Spotify settings. Look for Media Overlay.

If turning it off won't work then I suggest to look at this thread. The only solution until the next Spotify update fixes this.
