Well, its hard to explain by words but, i had another problem with these buttons,

after that problem solved, this started to occur.

If you haven't yet, could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app? Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify you're running?

Well, this problem occurs sometimes, this time i downloaded from website when i download from microsoft store it has corruptions 😞 . If this problem occurs i will inform you! Thank you for your reply!

Could you try changing the theme being used on your device?

It might have bugged out and that might help.
