Windows 10 spotify app doesn't recognise USB-tether internet

My Issue

The landline internet is down so I'm using internet over USB to my Nokia 6.0. I can game, use you tube and post on this forum. Spotify on the other hand denies there is a working internet connection...

I can even use hyperlinks in the Spotify app... 

I've rebooted, reconnected, tried the problem solver, tried all proxy settings, reinstalled the app. It says Error 32 and something about the firewall. Gave Spotify all the permissions so I don't believe that's the problem to be honest.

Since I've reinstalled I'm not able to log in.

Landline internet started working again.

ps: I'm disappointed sinds seeing the amount of people with similar problems.
