Windows 7 Spotify crashes everytime I make a change to any playlist

Anytime I either add or delete a song from any playlist spotify will crash. The same problem happens on my android device from time to time, although it happens every single time on my PC. I have done a complete uninstall/reinstall too. Nothing helps.

Why would I continue paying for a program that crashes non stop? 

I know I'm not the only one with this problem, where is the fix Spotify?!?

The first thing to do is perform a complete reinstlal and download the latest version from Spotify.com
