My Question or Issue

Hi,

for about a week my desktop Spotify app is constantly crashing.

Suddenly about 1 second of a song is being looped and the app is not really responding to any actions.

The same happpens (not always) when I pause the music and want to unpause it after a while.

However there is no windows error and all I can do is to kill the proceess.

This can happen during first played song or even after an hour.

I reinstalled Spotify twice and installed all the Windows updates meanwhile. I also tried to play with some Spotify settings or to use the default ones but nothing helped.
