Windows Apps Crashing on Login

Windows Apps Crashing on Login

Windows app randomly started crashing yesterday. Have tried everything. Clean reinstall (remove files and all registry entries I could find). Run in compatibility mode, logout from other devices. Windows update, graphics update. Can't figure it out. Support was no help.

Still works on all my Android devices. Web player works. Installed and ran under a different Windows User Account (same ethernet connection and PC), that worked.  But still doesn't work under my main Windows User Account.

I used the "show-console" option to log what was happening when it crashed. Did it 4 times. There doesn't seem to be any consistency.  Posting last chunk of first 3 logs. Anyone have any insight?

Hi @SKG990,

Thanks for the post.

What you can try is to perform a clean reinstall of the app while in Windows Safe mode. This will allow you access to some files which are sometimes not accessible.

Let us know if that helps. It would also be great if you clarify if the app is crashing straight after you launch it or when you try opening a playlist.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
