[Windows][Bose] Can't see Bose Sound Touch until i select it on Android phone

Hi everyone, and thank you for your ideas !

My Bose SoundTouch is working fine, and Spotify to.

But, when i start spotify on the PC (app or Chome), and try to send music on my Bose, i do not see anything on Spotify Connect.

At that moment, If i launched Spotify on my phone (Android) it ask me if i want to play current music on the phone, and on spotify connect i can see the PC, the phone, and the Bose SoundTouch.

And once i select 'soundtouch', after i can see it on the PC.

Do you know if there is a solution to be able to send it directly from the PC app ?

Already tried : 

- reinstall PC App

- another Win 10 PC.

- install Bose SoundTouch app on Win10
