Windows app didn't respondig sometime randomly

Hi, i'm use spotify on pc for a long time. I've never had a problem with it, but lately it's been freezing. I have a good computer, I don't think that's the problem. It has an i7-8700 in it, in good condition. It has been exposed again, is there anything else I can do?
(It will fix itself after a while, but it's completely random)

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your PC from previous versions. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, go to your settings and check if the option "Enable hardware acceleration" is turned on. If so, toggle the option off and let us know if it makes any difference.
